By participating in the Surreal Dawn LLC Affiliate Partnership program, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Eligibility

To become an affiliate partner, you must be 18 years or older and have a valid email address. Surreal Dawn LLC reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its discretion.

Affiliate Links and Commissions

Affiliates will be provided with authorized affiliate links to promote Surreal Dawn LLC's products and services. Affiliates will receive a lifetime commission of 20% on all sales generated through these authorized affiliate links.

Payout Schedule

Commissions will be paid monthly, within 30 days of the end of the month in which the commission was earned. Commissions will be paid via PayPal, and affiliates must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payments.

Termination

Surreal Dawn LLC reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's partnership at any time, with or without cause.

Marketing Materials

Surreal Dawn LLC will provide affiliates with promotional materials, such as banners, email templates, and social media content, to help promote our products and services. Affiliates are encouraged to use these materials, but may also create their own as long as they comply with our brand guidelines.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices, including but not limited to:

Making false claims about Surreal Dawn LLC's products or servicesSending unsolicited email or spamEngaging in cookie stuffing or other forms of commission fraudUsing Surreal Dawn LLC's brand name or trademarks in a manner that infringes on our intellectual property rights

Indemnification

Affiliates agree to indemnify and hold harmless Surreal Dawn LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the Affiliate Partnership program.

Confidentiality

Affiliates shall keep confidential any confidential information or proprietary data provided by Surreal Dawn LLC, and shall not disclose such information to any third party without our prior written consent.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

Surreal Dawn LLC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify affiliates of any material changes by email or by posting the updated terms on our website. Affiliates are responsible for reviewing and understanding any changes to the terms and conditions.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Washington, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
